Tara has arrived!
October 4, 2016
The research schooner Tara arrived in Mo'orea Island before beginning a new expedition in the Pacific Ocean to examine the biodiversity of coral reefs and their evolution in response to climate change and human activities. During the expedition, which is coordinated by the CNRS and the Scientific Centre of Monaco (CSM), Tara will sail nearly 100,000 km around the Pacific Ocean over a period of two years. We were lucky to visit on board and chat with the crew and scientists!

New article out!
July 12, 2016
Our new article ""Underwater microscopy for in situ studies of benthic ecosystems" just published in the journal Nature Communications. The article reports on the development of the BUM and its application to studying several important benthic processes in situ. It was featured on the front page of Nature.com, NYTimes.com, and Scripps.ucsd.edu websites.

Started my new Postdoc!
March 01, 2016
Centre de Recherche Insulaire et Observatoire de l'Environnement (CRIOBE), Mo'orea Island, French Polynesia
After a long haul to the other side of the world, in the heart of the Pacific Ocean, I'm excited to finally start my Postdoctroal Fellowship as part of the Mills Research Team. Our year-long project will investigate transgenerational and developmental acclimation of sea hares to ocean acidification and warming.
